Working with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), I helped introduce and adapt strawbale construction the newly democratic Mongolia from 1995 – 2000. Working with local architects and contractors, I designed two-story Mongolian Women’s Federation Building in Ulaan Baatar and multiple schools and clinics in rural areas throughout the country.
